Upgrade Policy for Founding Clients Your negotiated rate stays with you forever — even if you move up a tier. Just pay a one-time fee equal to the difference between the standard tier prices, then continue at your original founding rate. A 30-day notice is required before changing tiers so your producer can manage workload and ensure a smooth transition.

Frequently Asked Questions
Monthly packages are billed on a set date each month and can be split into two payments on request. For projects, a 15–25% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due on delivery. Larger projects can be negotiated into up to 3 payments. Payment is accepted via Venmo or Apple Cash. Stripe and PayPal coming soon.
All packages and projects include 3 rounds of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Additional revisions beyond 3 rounds are billed at $50/hour.
For packages, you'll need to provide raw audio or video files, any show notes or outlines, and access to your hosting platform if applicable. For projects, requirements vary — we'll go over everything on your discovery call.
Yes — a simple service agreement is required before work begins. This protects both of us and sets clear expectations around scope, deliverables, payment, and timelines.
Monthly packages require 30 days written notice to cancel. Project deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is cancelled mid-production, you'll be billed based on how much work has been completed — 25%, 50%, or 75% of the total project fee depending on the stage we're at when you cancel.
You do. All final deliverables belong to you. Kalyx Kollective retains the right to use anonymized work samples in a portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Your satisfaction matters. If something isn't right, use one of your 3 included revision rounds and we'll make it right. If you're still not satisfied after revisions, let's talk — I'd rather work it out than leave you unhappy.

Independent Contractor Status
Kalyx Kollective operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates an employer-employee relationship. The contractor is responsible for all applicable taxes and is not entitled to employee benefits.
Payment Terms
Monthly packages billed on an agreed date each month. Packages may be split into two payments on request. Project deposits of 15–25% are non-refundable once work begins. Larger projects may be negotiated into up to 3 payments. Late payments subject to a $25/week late fee after 7 days. Work will pause on accounts with outstanding balances over 14 days.
Revisions & Scope
3 rounds of revisions included in all packages and projects. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Additional revisions billed at $50/hour. Significant changes to project scope may result in revised pricing.
Intellectual Property
All final deliverables are owned by the client upon receipt of full payment. Kalyx Kollective retains the right to display anonymized work samples in a professional portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly packages require 30 days written notice to cancel. Tier changes require 30 days written notice. Project cancellations mid-production will be billed for work completed. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
Confidentiality
Kalyx Kollective will not share, distribute, or publish client content without prior written consent. All client materials are treated with confidentiality.
Limitation of Liability
If something goes wrong with a deliverable on our end, we'll do everything we can to make it right within your included revisions. That said, Kalyx Kollective can't be held responsible for outcomes outside our control — like platform issues, audience changes, or business results. The most we're on the hook for is the amount you paid for that specific project or month.
